I have been having some very good days at school lately. Yesterday I ended up having a splitting headache for most of the day, so that by the end of it, I wasn't really in the mood to take some semi-literate kids through The Glass Menagerie.. so I sat on a desk and we just chatted... the whole time... about everything. It was actually really cool! It's fun when you can have days like that.. just letting kids talk, listening to them and laughing with them.
Today was soccer day! So all we did was wear our house colours (unfortunately I'm red..) and play soccer or watch soccer all day. It's another really fun time hanging out with kids outside of class. My team did alright... It's been incredibly hot lately.. so everyone was sweating buckets out there! I don't know how the kids were able to run around like that.. I think I had close to 4 litres of water. Gosh, this place is hot!!!
BNB and I have been chatting a lot lately.. we also send each other pictures all the time. Not those kind of pictures but either pictures of us or places that we like or things that we like. He has this whole thing about being able to tell a lot about a person by the places they like. Finally I'm able to play this game. Anyway.. this time difference we have is about 7 hours, which can be a bit frustrating but one thing I like is that I always have an email first thing in the morning.. just makes the day seem nicer.
And hopefully I'll have an official flight booked very soon!
Sorry these posts have been really scattered.. just trying to get my "voice" back...
