Update

So here is what is going on:

Life is pretty cool these days.

5 weeks til Home Time! I'm getting really psyched for that!

Almost all my Christmas shopping is done! (Pretty impressive eh KS?)

Travel agent did something weird and so technically I don't have a flight home.. technicalities! But hopefully that will be changed this week!

I am very poor! I am almost poe, poor. So when I'm home.. let's go for nice tall glasses of ice water.. maybe splurge for a lemon slice!

Been in fairly regular touch with BNB (badly named brit) and despite a less than sexy name... he's pretty incredible in every other way!

HKN is dating a BNB as well.. and so we have created a nickname that we share.. his/hers BNBs... it's working out quite well. Although mine isn't really mine.. yet.

Although am thinking that I'm about to embark upon some masochistic long distance thing that will end up hurting me or making me even more jaded or just giving me more to write about but really, I got nothing better to do!

I joined a gym today! Celebrity Fitness! It opens in the mall in January I think! So that will be cool... a good way to work off all that frustration that will inevitably be part of the afore mentioned situation.

I am officially workshopped out! Had an amazing time in Singapore and met some cool friends and learned quite a lot... but done with that for a while!

My students are still really amazing. Lots of drama going on with them these days.. but it keeps me busy and entertained as I help them sort themselves out! Ah! Teen angst!

I'm leaning towards signing on for a third year.. the idea is almost sitting well. So we'll see. In Singapore I learned that what I could be dealing with is a case of: the grass is always greener. I do have it pretty good at my school, so if I can handle the social scene for another year... it might be a professionally wise decision.

Rainy season has started but for some reason it's incredibly hot out! My legs were raining on the ojek today! Hot, hot, hot! I am looking forward to some Canadian cold!

Alright, I have been procrastinating enough today.. must get back to marking essays. It's a bit painful... so I'm sure I'll end up posting something else really soon!
